A 10-year U.S. Air Force Veteran and graduate of the Air Force Academy, Tony brings 20+ years of sales and marketing experience in the technology industry. He holds a B.S. in Managerial Science and an M.S. in Internet Marketing, and previously led ZipRecruiter’s “ZipCares” Veteran Hiring Program, using AI-driven Smart Matching technology to connect millions of employers with top candidates. With over two years of experience developing AI-assisted SaaS for blue-collar industries, Tony’s expertise in sales, marketing, project management, and software UI/UX positions HomeHero Alliance, Inc. to disrupt the $1T+ renovation market and redefine how projects are financed and delivered.
TARINA LOVEGROVE - VP Community Relations/Co-founder
Rooted in compassion and community impact, Tarina brings expertise in communications, partnerships, and public service to her role as VP of Community Affairs. With a background spanning healthcare, media, and economic development, she has led outreach initiatives, built strong relationships with civic and business leaders, and advanced access, equity, and shared impact.
Holding a B.S. in Marketing and recognized for leadership and community contributions—including a Woman of Promise nomination—Tarina has supported behavioral health providers at Magellan Health and driven business growth initiatives with the Maricopa Economic Development Alliance. She also co-facilitates Joy in the Journey, a faith-based support group for women, extending her passion for healing and encouragement beyond her professional work.
MICHAEL CUNHA - CFO
US Air Force Veteran, a serial entrepreneur and founder of Mionix Corporation, a biotechnology company and founder and Managing Member of Patmos Holdings I, LLC, a holding company that retains an ownership in Aquatic Life Technologies, Inc.. He serves on the Board of several companies including Texas Enterosorbents, Inc., a developer and licensor of technology and served on the Board of Salient Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He helped grow Andermac Inc., a medical manufacturer, to a 25% US market share and oversaw the growth of another startup (InterMag, Inc.) from startup to $72MM in sales in three years. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Washington State University with a BS and an MBA from Chapman University.
AYUSH KUMAR - Founding Engineer
Ayush Kumar is a proven full-stack developer and technology leader with a track record of delivering scalable, high-impact solutions across government, healthcare, and SaaS platforms. As a managing member of HomeHero’s Technology Team, Ayush brings both technical depth and leadership discipline critical to building and scaling the HeroSync™ ecosystem. He has directed development teams of up to eight engineers, including as Lead Developer on a $2M U.S. Government project, where he successfully integrated complex databases and third-party APIs under tight timelines. His ability to architect solutions that perform at scale is demonstrated in systems supporting 90,000+ monthly users, as well as healthcare AI platforms where his fine-tuning of large language models boosted diagnostic accuracy from 47% to 91%.
Ayush specializes in scalable architecture and user experience optimization, consistently delivering measurable outcomes — including reducing deployment cycles by 40%, cutting website bounce rates by 45% through optimized CDN delivery, and improving mobile performance scores from 62 to 91. His technical expertise spans React.js, Next.js, Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and GenAI applications.
JOHNATHAN TALCOTT - Outside Counsel
Jonathon Talcott is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Scottsdale office at Buchalter, and a member of the Intellectual Property practice group. An experienced IP counselor, litigator, and trial attorney, he handles high-stakes disputes nationwide involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, Internet domain names, and technology-related commercial matters. He also advises clients on building IP portfolios and navigating IP issues in licensing and M&A transactions. With a background in physics and electrical engineering—and prior experience as a professional engineer designing aerospace cockpit electronics—Mr. Talcott brings deep technical insight across industries including software, consumer electronics, Internet, finance, cannabis, medical systems, sports equipment, and generative AI.
