A 10-year U.S. Air Force Veteran and graduate of the Air Force Academy, Tony brings 20+ years of sales and marketing experience in the technology industry. He holds a B.S. in Managerial Science and an M.S. in Internet Marketing, and previously led ZipRecruiter’s “ZipCares” Veteran Hiring Program, using AI-driven Smart Matching technology to connect millions of employers with top candidates. With over two years of experience developing AI-assisted SaaS for blue-collar industries, Tony’s expertise in sales, marketing, project management, and software UI/UX positions HomeHero Alliance, Inc. to disrupt the $1T+ renovation market and redefine how projects are financed and delivered.

Rooted in compassion and community impact, Tarina brings expertise in communications, partnerships, and public service to her role as VP of Community Affairs. With a background spanning healthcare, media, and economic development, she has led outreach initiatives, built strong relationships with civic and business leaders, and advanced access, equity, and shared impact.

Holding a B.S. in Marketing and recognized for leadership and community contributions—including a Woman of Promise nomination—Tarina has supported behavioral health providers at Magellan Health and driven business growth initiatives with the Maricopa Economic Development Alliance. She also co-facilitates Joy in the Journey, a faith-based support group for women, extending her passion for healing and encouragement beyond her professional work.

Jonathon Talcott is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Scottsdale office at Buchalter, and a member of the Intellectual Property practice group. An experienced IP counselor, litigator, and trial attorney, he handles high-stakes disputes nationwide involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, Internet domain names, and technology-related commercial matters. He also advises clients on building IP portfolios and navigating IP issues in licensing and M&A transactions. With a background in physics and electrical engineering—and prior experience as a professional engineer designing aerospace cockpit electronics—Mr. Talcott brings deep technical insight across industries including software, consumer electronics, Internet, finance, cannabis, medical systems, sports equipment, and generative AI.
